With more than 20 years of technology, sales channel management and IT market experience, Jason Magee has spent his career immersed in the world of MSPs and VARs. He joined AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESin 2011 and was named CEO in February 2019, succeeding co-founder Arnie Bellini.

Before joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Jason held director-level positions at CA Technologies, managing teams, channel partners, strategic alliances and marketing budgets. There he built and launched industry-leading programs, partner incentives, and vendor initiatives. Earlier on, Jason spent 5 years gaining industry and channel experience at reseller companies Interactive Futures and Global Computers, where he held sales, marketing, and product management positions.

In 2021, Jason was recognized on CRN's Top 100 Executives List. He has served on the board of directors at CompTIA since 2018. Jason grew up in New York and has an MBA from Clarkson University.

Amy Lucia is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, serving on the company’s Executive Leadership Team. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Global Marketing to accelerate business growth, expand platform adoption, drive partner experience innovation, and support industry-leading colleague engagement.

Amy brings more than twenty years of marketing and sales experience spanning the Fortune 100 Enterprise, SMB, and social sector spaces to AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. Prior to AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Lucia served as vice president of corporate marketing at Blackbaud (Nasdaq: BLKB), the world’s leading cloud software company powering social good, during a season when the brand rapidly catapulted to be one of the top 40 cloud software providers worldwide.

Amy also spent 11 years at Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) and served in various award-winning leadership roles across marketing and sales; including overseeing U.S. channel marketing supporting recruitment, enablement, and revenue generation across an ecosystem of nearly 400,000 partners. Lucia also served in non-governmental organization (NGO) leadership roles, including vice president of marketing for International Justice Mission (IJM) fighting slavery and human trafficking, and chief marketing officer for poverty alleviation NGO World Relief.

Amy has a track record of building high performing, award-winning marketing teams and has helped bring best-selling books and a major motion picture to market. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Amy is an active philanthropist and is committed to volunteerism that expands the impact of social good organizations. She served as a three-time Executive Mentor for the Fortune/U.S. State Department Women’s Mentoring Partnership, a part of the Fortune Most Powerful Women community. Amy is a member of AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, and was a Founding Member of Blackbaud’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council and Member of its Senior Women’s Leadership Council.

Brad Surminsky is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. He is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, treasury, tax, legal, business operations, facilities and procurement for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES.

Brad brings more than 25 years of experience working in software, fintech and business services, along with extensive merger and acquisition experience with multiple private equity-backed, public, and private companies. He began his role with AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESin November 2019.

Prior to joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Brad served as CFO of CentralSquare Technologies, where he was responsible for all general and administrative functions including finance, accounting, treasury and business optimization, and also oversaw several mergers and acquisitions.

Brad has also served as CFO at ACNielsen Canada; divisional CFO at D+H and ADP; and vice president of corporate finance at Unihost Corporation.

Originally from Toronto, Brad received his BS in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto and is a licensed CPA and CA with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. In his free time, Brad enjoys golfing.

Clint Maddox is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. He has more than 25 years of technology leadership experience, including 15 years in the service provider market. Clint is responsible for accelerating corporate growth, focusing on integrating GTM plans, pipeline management, sales and demand generation process maturity, and talent management. Clint started his role as CRO in December 2019 after serving as a strategic consultant to AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESCEO Jason Magee since July 2019.

Prior to joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Clint served as vice president of global partners at Broadcom, where he was responsible for building and managing a complete go-to-market strategy for the company’s worldwide partner business, and helping partners solve complex problems for themselves and their customers.

Clint earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University in 1993. He lives in Tampa, Florida with his family and enjoys golfing, hiking and bird hunting.

Geoffrey Willison is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. He is responsible for the Post-Sales activities of the company: Onboarding & Consulting; Partner Education & Communication; service delivery in the NOC, SOC and Help Desk; Product Support; Partner Success and Partner Care; and the industry-leading IT Nation. His teams are committed to helping partners grow and fulfill their business objectives with AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESproducts, services, and thought leadership.

Geoffrey brings more than 24 years of technology experience, including 10 years as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Deloitte’s Braxton Associates. He began his role as COO in November 2019 following AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES’s acquisition of Continuum, where he had served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2017. While at Continuum, Geoffrey was responsible for aligning Continuum’s financial planning, strategy and budget with the company’s mission and growth plan.

Prior to Continuum, Geoffrey served in a number of leadership positions, including CEO of Valore, COO and acting CFO at Plastiq, and President of Edvisors.

Geoffrey is also a board member at School the World, a non-profit that fights extreme poverty at its roots by bringing quality education to the world's poorest children.

He received an A.B. cum laude from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Geoffrey enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and skiing. He currently resides in Boston.

Jen Locklear is Chief People Officer for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. She has responsibility for engaging and developing high-performing AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICEScolleagues, facilitating a professional environment that cultivates dynamic teams obsessed with partner success, and helping individuals grow and meet their career goals.

Prior to joining to AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESin 2016, Jen held leadership positions at WilsonHCG as chief people and culture officer, and at Healthesystems as vice president of human relations.

Jen has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certifications as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She has served on the board of directors for Tampa Connection, and was recognized by HR Shield and the Tampa Tribune as one of the top Tampa Bay human resources professionals.

Josh Poe serves as Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for all legal matters relating to AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES’s business operations. Josh began his career in private practice specializing in commercial litigation, and he brings more than 20 years of legal experience and expertise to AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. Before joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Josh served as Vice President and Senior Counsel for CA Technologies, a global software company. He was responsible for negotiating complex IP licensing and services agreements, software development and distribution agreements, and general legal guidance impacting business operations. Josh also served as Senior Counsel for Danka Office Imaging Company, one of the world’s largest independent distributors of office imaging equipment, software, support, and related services. Josh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University.

Patrick is a cybersecurity executive focused on leading global cyber operations. Patrick has more than 20 years of operational duties in information security, spanning the commercial, federal civilian, defense, law enforcement, and intelligence communities. Most recently, Patrick served as Cognizant Technology’s Global Cyber Operations Executive, where he led a team of more than 150 personnel operating across five countries. Prior to Cognizant, Patrick led cyber operations for AIG, Booz Allen Hamilton, Amazon Web Services, and Bank of America. In the public sector, Patrick served as the first Deputy Director/Director of Operations at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC).

Patrick is a former Army Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Radford University. He also holds a patent for his work developing a new method of leveraging AI models for improving network security.

Raghu Ram Bongula serves as AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He was appointed to the position in October 2022, replacing previous industry veteran Steve Cochran, who served in an interim capacity and remains with AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESin an advisory role.

In Raghu’s new role as CTO of AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, he is responsible for setting the technology course for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. This includes leading efforts to build and modernize products and platforms that provide security, flexibility, and scalability, allowing partners to manage operations successfully and deliver services to end users. Raghu brings two decades of leadership focusing on digital/cloud transformation, building new platforms, and modernizing legacy platforms.

Before joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Raghu served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Global Payments. He led a team responsible for building new products and platforms to redefine the future of payment technology solutions. In prior roles, Raghu has led multiple teams accountable for migrating various legacy workloads to the cloud, building mobile and web solutions, and delivering APIs and real-time, event-driven solutions for the financial services industry.

Based in Atlanta, GA, he is fluent in three languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu. Raghu holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Auburn University, an MBA in Finance and Tech Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad.

Todd Hale is the Chief Information Officer of AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. He is responsible for overseeing data services, business applications and systems, IT Enterprise architecture, internal IT, business transformation, the project management office, and the integration management office for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES.

Before joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Todd served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the ODP Corporation, a leading provider of business services, products, and digital workplace technology solutions to small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses.

During his 17-year tenure with ODP, he led a comprehensive modernization of the company’s global technology infrastructure and processes. He was instrumental in developing their supply chain and omnichannel commerce capabilities and successfully executed strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including the acquisitions of Office Max and CompuCom and the restructuring of ODP’s International business portfolio.

Hale is a lifelong technology evangelist and an active contributor to and member of the local business community. He was named Palm Beach County “CIO of the Year” in 2015, served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and is a regular contributor to several technology-based shared interest groups.

Mr. Hale is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, holding both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.

Ameer is a dynamic and seasoned executive who brings over 25 years of experience working for some of the biggest brands in consumer electronics and cybersecurity. Most recently, he joins us from Absolute Software, where he was EVP of Product Management, leading the company's product vision, strategy, roadmap, marketing, and user experiences. With over two decades of experience in M&A, business development, engineering, product innovation, product management, and marketing, he's delivered world-class enterprise and consumer products by focusing on product-led growth and operational excellence. Ameer has held several GM & executive roles with Symantec, HP, and early-stage startups in Silicon Valley. 

With 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Chris Timms joins the AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESteam as the Executive Vice President of Growth. In this role, Chris is responsible for overseeing corporate strategy, corporate development, the partner ecosystem and helping drive innovation.

Prior to joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Chris spent the last seven years at ACI Worldwide, a market-leading payments technology company. At ACI, Chris held several different roles in operations, strategy, and product management. He most recently served as vice president for market strategy, strategic pricing, and market intelligence, and led these functions globally.

Chris has worked across a multitude of industries, including telecommunications, retail, media and entertainment, energy and utilities, and payments. Chris spent the first eight years of his career in management consulting at IBM Global Business Services and Bain & Company. In these roles, Chris helped senior executives develop corporate strategy, go-to-market planning, innovation and growth plans, and improve operational performance. 

Chris is originally from Brazil. He received his B.A. cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin, where he was a double major in Honors Economics and Honors Latin American Studies. Chris received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Joseph Wharton Fellowship.

Jake Varghese is EVP and General Manager for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. He is responsible for the Business Management Suite of Products at AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESwhich includes Professional Service Automation software, Quote, and Proposal Automation Software, KPI’s dashboards and reporting software, and Centralized IT documentation software.  His teams are committed to helping partners grow their operational maturity and fulfill their business objectives using the AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESBusiness Management suite of products

Jake is a seasoned Product Executive and General Manager with over 20 years of cross-functional leadership experience. He has successfully led and delivered partner-focused innovation resulting in hyper-growth at leading companies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Tanium. He has also previously co-founded and served as CTO for a successful startup: Optio3, an AI-powered, cloud-based operations management solution that provides visibility into connected IoT. Jake has deep technology and business expertise in all areas of Software as a Service (SaaS), with an emphasis on digital transformation and modernization of IT Systems including Service, Operations, and Business Management.

Jake has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

As EVP and General Manager of Product Management and Platform, Jeff Bishop oversees product management and design of the new Asio^TM platform at AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. Jeff’s previous positions include Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Ecosystem, and Vice President of AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESControl (formerly ScreenConnect). Before joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESin 2015, Jeff was one of the founders of ScreenConnect, a solution that allows clients’ computers to be remotely controlled for fast, reliable, secure remote support. Jeff also worked for Agilent Technologies, a spin-off from Hewlett-Packard, in various roles including product management, marketing, and engineering. 

Raffael Marty is EVP and General Manager of Cybersecurity Management at AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. As part of the executive leadership team, he carries the responsibility for all aspects of the cybersecurity business. His executive track record brings over 20 years in the cybersecurity industry to AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES; from the development of innovative cyber approaches for the intelligence community to leading big data analytics and artificial intelligence projects for Fortune 500 companies, Marty has worked in all areas of cybersecurity across research, engineering, and corporate strategy.

Marty has been in critical roles at prominent cyber companies and is an investor and advisor. Before AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Marty was head of research and intelligence at Forcepoint, leading the development of novel approaches to solving the cybersecurity challenges for governments and intelligence agencies across the globe. At Sophos, Marty ran security analytics and oversaw the big data strategy, which he helped pioneer as the founder of analytics companies PixlCloud, and Loggly, the first cloud-based log management solution. Additionally, Marty held key roles at IBM Research, ArcSight, and Splunk, developing solutions for Fortune 500 organizations.

Marty is one of the industry's most respected cybersecurity data analytics, big data, and visualization authorities. He is the author of Applied Security Visualization and the "Security Data Lake" and a frequent speaker at global academic and industry events.

Jitendra Pathak is the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. He is responsible for leading the service delivery and operations for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES’s remote monitoring, backup/disaster recovery, and security products in India. He is also responsible for driving transformation of service delivery to enhance partner experiences and efficiency, as well as supporting the automation of services and products.

Jitendra brings more than 20 years of experience in service operations; remote delivery - automation and tools; process and standardization; complex program management; and crisis management. He began his current role in November 2019, following AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES’s acquisition of Continuum, where he served in the same role since 2016.

Prior to Continuum, Jitendra held several leadership roles, including Associate Vice President at Vodafone Shared Services India, and Head of Delivery, Remote Services, at Wipro Limited. .

Jitendra earned his engineering degree from Nagpur University and a post-graduate diploma in business administration from Sardar Patel University in India.

In his spare time, Jitendra enjoys playing cricket and badminton, and traveling to remote rural areas in India. He also serves as a mentor at the Pi Jam Foundation, a non-profit organization working to provide STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education and resources to underprivileged children in rural India. Jitendra resides in Pune, India with his wife and daughter.

Malathi Rai is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. She is responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR functions from Talent Acquisition to talent management, Compensation & Rewards, branding and CSR. Administration and facility management of the three offices in India are also part of her portfolio.

Malathi brings more than 25 years of experience working in different industries ranging from manufacturing and media to ITES, Software Services and Software Product companies. She has managed teams in several geographies including the UK, Taiwan, South Korea and Sri Lanka. She began her current role in November 2019 following AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES’s acquisition of Continuum, where she had served in the same role since May 2017.

Prior to Continuum, Malathi held several leadership positions, including Head of Human Resources at both AVEVA Technologies, a product company in the area of engineering design and Lionbridge Technologies, one of the world’s leading localization companies, that also had Software services as one of its offerings.

Originally from Jamshedpur, India, Malathi earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Economics from Madras University, an MBA in Human Resources from Xaviers Labour Relations Institute in Jamshedpur; and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Programming and Applications from the National Computing Centre, UK, where she was an All-India Silver medalist.

Kathy Smith is the Philanthropic and Leadership Development Advisor for AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES. She is responsible for managing social responsibility and building communities within the company, and also serves in an advisory role with the company’s Leadership Development Team for current and potential AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESleaders. Kathy assumed her current role in July 2019, rejoining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESafter a brief retirement.

Previously, Kathy served as Senior Vice President of Services and Education at AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESfor 10 years where she built a team of more than 100 consultants who provided online educational material, training initiatives, implementations, one-on-one consulting, and much more. She was also responsible for a team of more than 200 colleagues who delivered industry-leading support services to all AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICESpartners.

Prior to joining AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, Kathy provided leadership, project management and process improvement to help growing banks and credit unions successfully accomplish their high-risk technology projects. Her professional career spans 35 years and includes positions as senior consultant with Next Step International and director of consulting for Aurum Technology (later acquired by Fidelity National).

In addition to a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwest Florida State College, Kathy has earned certifications from the American Institute of Banking. She was also named a CRN Woman of the Channel in 2018 and serves as a Board Member at Computer Mentors.

Kathy lives in Tampa with her husband. She enjoys attending sporting events as well as outdoor activities such as jogging and kayaking.
